Today’s weight workout was ok…I pushed…but not too much this time.
I am hoping to get out to swim and paddle this week…so I’d like to be able to walk.
Also, did chest and abs…keepingskinny is not easy!!
If I don’t stop this night snacking I am gonna have to wire my mouth shut…lol…ok so a lil dramatic…but seriously I don’t want my thighs to start bumping into one another and having to apologize.
So far so good for today’s eating…Like to get some cardio in to make up for Scone I ate this am…with non-fat latte…
Lunch: Chuck White Tuna with 1/2 tbs mayo/relish on Seeded Crackers:) Healthy, Delicious and Filling.
