Running for Sanity!!

If you are like me…you read the header and I need not say anymore.
However, if you are contemplating becoming a runner this lil tidbit may motivate you!!! I HOPE!
I run…not because it is so much much fun and I feel great while pushing to the limits, but because of how I feel after! I feel emotionally lighter, strong and calm. Thank you can I have another:) If you can get though the 1st week…each run gets way easier!
