Running the Madness Away!

Exercise is an essential part of my exsistance, without it I’d be quite crazy and cranky…A lot…lol. Yesterday afternoon I ran a mile faster than ever before…motivated mostly by stress…I felt like a brand new person afterwards.
I really was not up for that run, but boy did I need it!
Nothing like a huge rush of endorphins to get ya going. With the Holidays here stressing is almost inevitable for most of us, but how we choose to handle that stress is what can make or break the spirit of the season.
So go on my keepingskinny friends lase up your sneakers, put on that bike helmet, or slip on your suit and cardio til your heart’s content or til the stress is released in positive way!
