The past few weeks I tried to stick to a perfect schedule with Kenetics…What I have learned is the commitment should be to just do it! No matter the time or place, whether cardio or weights or even yoga…Just do something…Get moving!
Your body and your brain will thank you for it. Let the dog motivate ya! Let your baby and the stroller motivate you!
Don’t stress over the schedule (make it) but don’t stress over it…fit it in whenever ya can! Week four workouts came as early as 6:30am and as late as 8pm this week…But at least I fit them in:)
