A Challange…Run for a cause!

Charity can be an excellant motivator…Let’s all run a 5k or 10k in say 3-6 months!  We can train together:)  Running with purpose is always easier!

Start date is Monday, Feb.1st…What cause will ya run for?  How do you train?…leave that part to me…Everyday starting Monday I will post your next move with a lil help from my hubby and friends at runners world magazine.

So all you do is pick a race…Race for the cure…Race of Crohns…Race for Grace(BR,LA in April)

Enjoy your last few days off…or do a 1 mile jog/walk to get started today! NO TIME LIKE THE PRESSENT!  It is a GIFT!
