Chest Press 3 sets
Alternating Rows 3 sets
Chest Fly 2 sets
Tricep Dips 3 sets
Bicep Curls 3 sets
Squats with Overhead Press 3 sets
Finishing with Abs and Sun Salutes:)
Join me in the Gym at 5:30pm and do the best ya can…or Cardio instead…Remember just keep moving!
