I start today with a 2 mile walk/run. If ya are justing starting to exercise for the 1st time…brisk walking is a great start. My goal for all my Cupcake Challenge Friends is that we join an organization on a walk or run with a purpose…Getting and staying in shape to improve our lifestyle and health while helping earn money for a worthy cause near to each of us!
