Every runner comes to a crossroads where their body…one part or another revolts after a run. My spine is very unhappy today. I have neck pain and tight traps…and it totally sucks!!!! Pardon my bluntness.
Several factors come into play with running…Shoe Quality, Stretching, Breathing, Diet and in my option MUSIC…which ya probably have gathered by now. My shoes could be replaced…I suppose:) I am not gonna lie…I used to do daily yoga…and well 2-3 days tops lately…so that I could do more…I breathe…the right way:) My diet is pretty good these days…give or take a crossiant…lol…Love em. Music…I got plenty…so shoes and stretching it is…until then…hot tub and steam room should help:)
