I did it everyone!! I passed the 2 day hump. That was always my struggle before, I would start.. do a day of the work out than sissy out the next day…But not this time!! Even though it was so brutal and intense…I pushed through and my boyfriend and I sweated through it. Today was, to me, the hardest of all…PLYOMETRICS, but once I got into it, I was on a roll!!! I have to admit, I have missed working out every morning with good ole Tony!! Back on this routine I already see myself eating better, instead of snacking on some chips, I grab an apple or a banana or some baby carrots! AND I already am feeling great!!! Im gonna be bikini ready before I know it!!
