Yesterdays 2 mile run was easier than I thought it would be…and today I did another mile just to keep in the swing of things:) Having a routine is great, but after an absence it is a good idea to workout 5 days in a row and then enjoy your regular off days. It is only 2 days back in and I feel like a million bucks from my cardio!!!
I can’t wait to do weights and yoga tomorrow. My back is screaming for some sun salutes and rotations:) and if I don’t get back to my lifting I will be a flabby mess soon…lol. I sure am glad my work keeps me lifting and moving…even calorie burnt counts:)
