How does one measure success with regard to their fitness routine? For me just moving used to be enough!
I have recently completed a 4 week Bikini Ready workout routine from Woman’s Health and Fitness Magazine. It was a great change of pace and complimented my yoga and runs:) I was success getting down in weight to 119:) and gained muscle tone in my arms…YAY!
Can I be satisfied…NOPE…my legs still need work…
At any rate this program was a success! I just can’t help but continue to challenge myself to push my mind and body harder, further…the rewards are too great to let success be the end:)
