Sweat is Your Stress and Fat Crying:)

This mornings run was brutal! It was short, but I can’t remember the last time I sweat that much!  I got a late start and well I paided for it with the South Florida HEAT!!! Keeping it postive Sweat is merely our stress and fat crying it’s way out!  I am happy to report lots of positives since my last post:

1) I finally got out to paddle again…I adore this sport and what a great core and leg workout…plus my hubby came with:)

2) I am on week four of my food journaling and 20% body fat (16% is my goal)

Note: ya can lie to your food journal but not your body tells the truth…so be honest with yourself!

3) I became a JUNKIE…A pinterest junkie! I highly recommend their running, motivation and exercise posts!

4) I am running 5-6 miles at the beach bi-weekly:)…JOin ME?

5) I am keeping up with ballet, yoga, running, housekeeping, well…all except this blog…

And so starts another 2 list goals…
