12. Have Fun! That’s right the biggest thing ya can do for yourself to stay positive is to have fun! It’s Saturday…do something’s ya truly love…

Yesterday I enjoyed a great morning at the beach with my hubby and then thrift store shopping with my bestie…
Sure there was vaccuuming and dishwashing mixed in…I enjoyed that too…Yep I was present and happy!

1. Spend today recognizing happiness and fun!
Make a list of 10 things ya can do to make life fun on the regular.
