When we are small we have a joyful nature acceptance of our life and who we are. It seems as we age we allow (even invite) outside influence to control our levels of acceptance, satisfaction and even gratitude for what we are and have.
Just for today tell yourself “I like you-just the way you are!”
Shift all the focus away from things you want to change or even improve in yourself or your life, and find a peaceful place to acknowledge all you already are and have!
Make a list of gratitudes.
