Relieve Stress! RUN!

Today was well…busy, stressful and full of work to process!  By 2:30 I was so tense…my body was begging to hit the treadmill!  

I sware to ya all if ya train your body and brain for a few weeks (21 days strait and studies show it is a habit) it becomes a part of your routine ya desire!   Feel better and look better!  In my personal opinion a good run can be more stress relieving than a xanax.  True!

So at 2:45 I lased up my sneakers and was off!  Next time ya feel tense…RUN, JOG, DANCE, MOVE!  Need some motivation…Join the CUPCAKE CHALLENGE 2010 and walk/run with Purpose!  See for details.
