Today was well…busy, stressful and full of work to process! By 2:30 I was so tense…my body was begging to hit the treadmill!
I sware to ya all if ya train your body and brain for a few weeks (21 days strait and studies show it is a habit) it becomes a part of your routine ya desire! Feel better and look better! In my personal opinion a good run can be more stress relieving than a xanax. True!
